Sit.
Downstairs is Lou Lou's.
Chef Scott cooks the food he grew up with and the food he went looking for. Virginia oysters and Chesapeake crab beside collards, cheese grits and a proper French onion. He learned it beside his mother in Richmond, then in the kitchens of Jackson Hole.
Wesley made the room. She came from interior design, and she will tell you the way a room feels matters as much as what is on the table. The block-print cloth, the rattan, the red chairs and the sporting dogs on the wall are all hers.
